The Crave Sydney International Food Festival (October 1-31) is one of the major productions on the Fairfax Events calendar. The Food Festival attracts more than 700,000 festival-goers for over 570 events during the month of October. Fairfax Events offers volunteer positions at key events during the month including Barbecue Madness at the SMH Growers’ Market (October 6) and the World Chef Showcase (October 6&7).  This is your chance to work alongside some of the world’s best chefs and get a taste for the industry.
