Peter Kuruvita
You’ll know him from his hugely successful SBS television series, My Sri Lanka and Island Feast, as well as the charmingly personal book, Serendip: My Sri Lankan Kitchen. Combining lessons learned from his grandmother in the family kitchen in Sri Lanka with techniques gleaned from Sydney seafood supremos Greg Doyle and Neil Perry, Peter has also created a new way with Asian food and made a name for himself as a seafood chef. Apart from the spectacular Flying Fish at Jones Bay Wharf, Peter operates Flying Fish Fiji and Flying Fish & Chips at The Star.
