Matt Moran
Matt is known as the resident chef mentor on MasterChef but he’s also the culinary talent behind three restaurants, including the recently opened Chiswick in Woollahra. Its wood-fired oven, shared plates and on-site vegetable garden are a contrast to Matt’s fine diner Aria, which has been awarded two Sydney Morning Herald Good Food Guide hats 11 times.
